Home Inspections
Currently there are no formal licensing requirements for Florida home inspectors.  However, as the industry grows, more states are creating legislation that governs the home inspection profession by requiring pre-licensing education.  Informally, many Realtors, Lenders, home buyers and other people that initiate home inspections want to make sure a home inspector has been properly trained. I am certified by AHIT, the American Home Inspectors Training Institute, which is distinguished as one of the most experienced and respected in the country, featuring the following credentials:
